New Year, New Body

So it's the New Year, a new decade, and you have goals!  Many of us take this new beginning as an opportunity to reflect on our lives, and readjust and reset goals.  If one of your goals is to improve your health, then consider including Myopractic massage into your wellness routine.

Studies show that in a whole wellness plan, massage is a great tool for increasing range of motion of joints, increasing blood flow, decreasing swelling, and decreasing or eliminating pain.  These are just some of the benefits of massage in general.

Myopractic massage specifically works on ligaments and tendons in addition to muscles.  This combination yields greater pain relief, and greater range of motion of joints.

As many of you know, I am a nurse and I was attracted to Myopractic massage because of the difference I witnessed in the lives of those who suffer from chronic or acute pain.  Since working in this industry, I am further impressed by the benefits I see that go beyond pain relief!

I have had several clients who could scarcely lift their shoulder come in, and within a few sessions they were able to lift their arm above their head and have normal range of motion. The pain they were living with was gone. This is LIFE!  We not only want to live, but we want to live our BEST life!

I have been to many patient's homes as a home health nurse.  I have seen the evidence of a comfortable lifestyle: luxury cars, beautiful homes, etc.  Those same wealthy patients tell me that they would trade it all for good health.

These patients have expressed to me that they wish that they had taken better care of themselves when they had their health.  They wish they had not assumed that they would always be in good health, and would have worked harder to preserve and improve their health.

These are the wishes I have for you this New Year: Great health for a great life!

The time and money you put into your health is an investment worth making!

Without your health, you don't have a life!
