I’m often asked what Myopractic massage means.  I’m going to try to explain it succinctly. Myopractic is an advanced form of musculoskeletal body work which achieves long term relief. Myopractic corrects muscle spasms, relieves tension and realigns the skeletal frame and body.  It is designed to improve the body’s balance and posture by moving muscles, tendons, ligaments and bones.
